Via Daniele Spada

Service Description

The Sentiero dei Fiori is one of the most iconic via ferratas in the Alps. Constantly suspended above 3,000 meters above sea level among the peaks of the Adamello Group, above the Tonale Pass, this route retraces the footsteps of the Great War, with sharp ridges, breathtaking views, and two spectacular suspension bridges, 55 and 75 meters long. A veritable open-air museum, the via ferrata passes through trenches, tunnels, and the remains of the "White War" barracks, where soldiers fought over a century ago. Along the way, the view sweeps 360°, from the Presena Glacier to the Brenta Dolomites, all the way to the Bernina Massif. An unmissable itinerary for the majesty of the Alpine environment and its profound historical value. Although the via ferrata isn't technically challenging, it does require good physical fitness. The entire route is approximately 10 km long with an elevation gain of 500 m, all in a high-altitude environment.
